Hemeden Haile is the Associate Director of Recruitment at ProMed Staffing Resources. Hemeden has been working with ProMed since 2021, starting as a Recruiter and then progressing to Senior Recruiter before taking on her current role.

In her current position, Hemeden takes a holistic approach to recruitment that puts a premium on customer service and individualized attention. Along with her dedication to providing an exceptional recruitment experience, she has been praised for her ability to nurture relationships that result in long-term success for both customers and employers.

Prior to joining ProMed Staffing Resources, Hemeden worked as Talent Acquisition Recruiter at SHG Temp Staffing. She holds a double major from the University of Kentucky in International Relations and Political Science.

Hemeden's interests outside of work include travel and yoga, activities which inspire her personal growth and professional development.
